There was a great list of inventory this week on Tuesday’s Broker’s Tour in San Francisco. The market is widely varied, ranging from bargain buys of condo’s and flat’s to spectacular $12 Million houses.
260 Green St is one of SF’s finest houses and is on the market for $11,000,000. The floor plan is very well thought out and the views are breath-taking. The lot is located at the top of a cul-de-sac on Telegraph Hill. It is one of the most secluded properties in the city. It’s design is reminiscent to an Italian hillside estate. It is a 4 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath residence with views of the city lights, the water, downtown, and the Bay Bridge.
I then went on to seeing a handful of condo’s and flat’s ranging from $729,000 to $999,000. I saw all of these as great income property opportunities, as well as, great places to live and raise a family in San Francisco. The Inner Richmond district has a couple of great flats on the market. All of them are close to Golden Gate Park, DeYoung Museum, California Academy of Sciences, and more. The numerous boutiques, cafes and restaurants of Clement St. and Balboa make this area a great neighborhood for those who love to walk!
I also saw some great places in the highly coveted Lake Street area that are of a higher price point, but you pay for location. 137 7th Street is a great top-floor condominium only one block from the Presidio. It is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath (potential third bedroom), formal dining room, and large eat-in kitchen. 6435 California Street is surrounded by breathtaking views, lush parks and endless trails. The condo is in a 2-unit Mediterranean style building, boasting exquisite light fixtures and warm wood moldings. This 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit has just been lowered to $739,000.
To finish my tour, I stopped by an exceptional Pacific Heights residence that overlooks Alta Plaza Park. 2207 Scott Street is being offered at $3,450,000. This grand scale residence has 4 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths and has been tastefully and completely remodeled. The upper level has 3 bedrooms and a spacious master suite with a spa-like bathroom and two walk-in closets. An amazing house in an exceptional location.
